Quality at Joubert has always been and will always be a main concern. The quality policy of the company is structured around four main points::

The strong involvement of all Joubert staff in the quality policy, and the various tools available, both material (lab, 3D, ...) and organisational (FMEA, SPC, 5S projects, action plans, indicators performance ...) have enabled our company to improve and generate sustainable growth. 

 

The obtention of the ISO 9001 certification in 1996 and the steps towards the ISO/TS16949 reflect a continuous improvement in terms of Quality, Cost and Time.

 

Some products are also certified TUV (Germany), BSI (British Standards Institute) and UTAC.

Systematic decisions are made throughout the lifecycle of our products to control the impact on the environment.

 

This requires :

  Waste reduction during design and industrialisation

Preservation of resources needed for production (including energy saving)

Recycling of production waste into raw material reused in similar

Recycling of waste through the various networks
