Joubert Group – External growth
Joubert Group continues its strategy of external growth and today announces the acquisition of ACPS Automotive France, a European player in the design and manufacture of roof racks and bars.

ACPS Automotive France is based in Mitry Mory (77) in the Paris region and currently employs 25 people with an annual turnover of €5M. It is becoming a subsidiary of Joubert Group and will be renamed Joubert North France.
This acquisition will enable Joubert Group to develop its manufacturing and distribution of automotive accessories (offered through its Polaire Auto Equipment division) and thus pass the €50M mark in annual sales.
